WHAT WE DO
Real Estate Transactions
We understand that purchasing or selling real property is one of the largest financial decisions most people will make during their lifetime. As seasoned real estate counsel, we have the skill and knowledge to advocate for you to get the best terms. We will also guide you step-by-step through the process, from signing a real estate contract, attorney review, home inspections, and title requirements, through closing of title.
We are experienced in structuring and negotiating deals for individuals, estates, and business entities, in all types of real estate transactions, from the routine to the highly complex.
Estate Planning
With our simple estate planning package, you will receive a Last Will & Testament, Power of Attorney, Living Will, and Healthcare Authorization.
We have designed our estate planning process to be as simple and convenient as possible for our clients. After an initial consult to discuss your needs, we will prepare drafts of your documents, and email them for your review. We will thereafter discuss any changes with you, and will make as many revisions as necessary until you feel confident with your directives.
We charge a flat fee for our simple estate planning package, and consults can be done via telephone for the convenience of our clients. Most clients will only have to meet with us in person when it is time to sign their documents.
We are also available to discuss more complex estate planning, and can even assist you with setting up a trust for a beloved pet!

Super Lawyers® is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selection process for Super Lawyers has many steps and includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Selections are made on an annual, state-by-state basis. The Super Lawyer's Rising StarsTM program recognizes top, up-and-coming attorneys in New Jersey who are 40 years old or younger, or who have been practicing for 10 years or less. The Super Lawyers' recognition is earned only by the top 5% of attorneys in the state and the Super Lawyer's Rising Stars' recognition is earned by only the top 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
